I grew up having to tutor my younger sisters and teaching them concepts they had trouble understanding in school. With the experience of teaching the younger ones, I believe this has made me more understanding when tutoring as well as creative in trying to explain or simplify concepts to them.Most important things I can do for a student ๐
The most important thing a tutor can do is to encourage their students and help to build their confidence. When students are unable to understand what is being taught in class, it can be very frustrating and demoralising. Hence, i believe it is a tutorโs job to assist students.
