I think I am a very understanding person, and able to sympathise with each student differently as everyone learns differently. As I struggled with formal education norms in high school I feel I am better placed to sympathise with students struggling in class.Most important things I can do for a student 🏅
I think the most important thing a tutor can do is actually listen to the student and adapt their ways of working to each individual student, one lesson plan may work for one student and be unsuitable for another.
