What do I enjoy most about tutoring? 😁

What I enjoy the most about tutoring is when tutee/s are amazed of new knowledge being imparted to them and when they are enjoying. I also love when they are eager to learn while I stay just HAPPY and CALM throughout the whole duration of tutoring.

My Strengths as Tutor 💪

As an engineering graduate, I think my strengths that I have garnered from college and work experiences that I will get to maximize as a tutor are: 1. I have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. I can use this strength as a way to effectively connect to the students. 2. I am focused on quality. It is always the quality that I never compromise. I can use this during tutoring by making sure that the students will get and learn the topics. 3. Ability to maintain composure and cool-headedness in any situation. 4. Expertise on Math, Science, English, Physics and Biology from Grade 2-8

Most important things I can do for a student 🏅

Kids' attention span are short and I think the most important thing a tutor can do for the tutees/students is to be compassionate. Compassion will cover patience and understanding the reason why we are teaching. Kids will be kids and they can get naughty and noisy at times. But it is and will always be part of tutoring, you just need to calmly get their attention back. Maintaining a good disposition will create a productive environment for learning. Lastly, expertise on what is being taught leads to a quality tutor time and will make the students learn every items correctly.
