What do I enjoy most about tutoring? π
I particularly enjoy building a working relationship with a student in which classes feel less like a lecture and more like a resource for a student to freely voice their queries and work towards their academic goals. Also, on a side note, since the "Subjects you can tutor" tab was not working properly, I can also teach Science and Physics.My Strengths as Tutor πͺ
I believe I am capable of creating a relaxed yet focused learning environment, as well as adjusting my tutoring style based on academic or behavioural differences between students so that each and every student, regardless of their idiosyncrasies, feels heard and like they can come to me for guidance.Most important things I can do for a student π
I think giving a student a sense of confidence in their own abilities is very important as a tutor; ultimately, every student has some limitations, but to push those boundaries a little forward, a student must find the inner confidence to try a little harder, as opposed to accepting their present ability as final. As a tutor, showing a student their ability to exceed their limitations through guidance will ensure that a student not only understands content required to achieve high marks, but also develops the mindset required to achieve excellence as their academic goals grow harder.Testimonials π
