What do I enjoy most about tutoring? π
Seeing that you are making an impact and difference on the students. It's rewarding to see their improvement and how your encouragement makes them more confident and capable.
My Strengths as Tutor πͺ
I have a great capacity to understand other's thinking processes. This allows me to quickly identify the source of a misunderstanding or why a student might be struggling with a concept. On top of this, I possess a strong ability to explain creatively and in different ways a matter, so regardless of the way of thinking of a student, it's gets understood. I do not give up until the concept is clear and the student feels confident with it.
Most important things I can do for a student π
Understand them. Students often struggle to be heard or understood when they themselves do not understand a subject or topic. Being hard on them and causing them to struggle even more doesn't help them but leaves them with less willingness and motivation to study. Therefore, a tutor has to not only be able to explain a subject, but to understand how each student learns and what kind of support they need, while making the subject engaging and interactive
