One of the things I enjoy most about tutoring is the opportunity to help others learn and grow. I enjoy see someone grasp a concept they have been struggling with or to witness their confidence grow as they become more proficient in a subject. The most important things a tutor can do for a student is , in my opinion, recognize that each student is unique and has different learning styles, strengths and weaknesses. Tailoring teaching methods and strategies to meet the specific needs of each student could be one of them. Along with that, establishing a safe and supportive learning environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and expressing concerns is also needed.
