What I enjoy most about tutoring is the feeling of accomplishment when a student finally grasps the lesson being taught. I consider simplifying complex ideas into more understandable concept a challenge, regardless of the learning pace of a student. Hence, it brings me fulfilment.

My strengths as a tutor are patience and critical thinking skills. My patience for teaching stems from my childhood as I, too, had sought the help of tutors. My skill on critical thinking by being able to simplify concepts was developed from my more than 3 years of tutoring experience.

The most important thing that a tutor can impart on a student is self-confidence. There was a time in my life when I was not an excellent student and needed the help of tutors. Things changed when I started believing in myself. I believe that students who receive encouragement will perform well and will most likely have successful careers.
