What do I enjoy most about tutoring? π
Although my limited experience in the field, I thoroughly enjoy the satisfaction of truly helping another gain the knowledge and understanding of something they didnβt previously know. Having seen my influence do so much for someone else gives me a profound sense of pride. Especially throughout my final schooling years, I can understand the pressure of feeling alone within your studies, so it is a rewarding feeling to be able to contribute to and help someone else overcome those pressures.
My Strengths as Tutor πͺ
I believe myself to be strong in explaining and teaching others something I am familiar with. I also believe myself to be a quick learner which makes me more capable than others in teaching. After teaching such a young student I found that I was very capable of altering the complexity of my explanations making it easier for the student to learn.
Most important things I can do for a student π
I believe the most important things a tutor can do for a student is provide the student with a clear and simple understanding of topics they are unfamiliar with. I believe they must be comfortable as well with their tutor for personally I think having a comfortable student-tutor relationship allows the student to become more confident in asking questions and understanding their learning.
