What do I enjoy most about tutoring? 😁

Throughout my time in high school, I deeply enjoyed mentoring younger students in navigating their studies, high school life and helping my peers decode difficult concepts or harder questions. Graduating from school, I deeply miss building that connect with others and I deeply desire to continue helping others in my university life. Having the aspiration for high achievements in my own HSC, I have developed a variety of techniques and habits that have shaped my HSC success. As a tutor, it is this wealth of study skills and techniques that I wish to bring to the team to impact and guide them!

My Strengths as Tutor 💪

Overtime, I have honed my skill in breaking down complex concepts into more digestible ones for my students. Recognising the individuality of each student, Ive experimented with a plethora of study techniques and habits till we find the one that matches the student's personality perfectly. My ability to empathetically adapt my teaching style to cater to each student's needs not only makes my tutoring impactful but also fosters a great connection with the students I tutor. My strength also lies in hard work I put in preparing for every class to guarantee maximum learning in each class.

Most important things I can do for a student 🏅

The most important responsibility of a tutor is to consistently have well structured lessons and resources that target a student's weaknesses. Constantly identifying areas of improvement and working with each one is vital. This helps in fostering continuous growth and development of the student with each lesson, maximising productivity in lessons. In this process, positive reinforcement while providing constructive criticism is very important to ensure the student develops while building their confidence and motivation through positivity, helping them reach their full potential.
