What do I enjoy most about tutoring? π
I enjoy the process of helping others, especially in academics, a field I believe I have much to offer. Mentoring and assisting in student growth is, to me, highly rewarding and gives me great purpose. As such, tutoring appears a perfect intersection of helping other and helping myself.
My Strengths as Tutor πͺ
As a humanities oriented tutor, my strengths lie in my ability to adapt to my students. I will ensure that my students grasp concepts correctly and fundamentally. This, combined with a grounded approach in HSC syllabus and past-papers, guarantee academic success.
Note: While I am confident in my ability to tutor Yr. 10 Mathematics, my \'expertise\' is in English, specifically Advanced and Modern History.
Most important things I can do for a student π
A tutor\'s first duty must be to create a comfortable environment for the student to learn. This means serving as a friend, and as someone who is receptive and understanding to the needs of the student. It is through this that students will grow and be most efficient in their studies.
