What do I enjoy most about tutoring? 😁

I enjoy that joyful moment when the student first understands something or gains a result they're proud of. Tutoring is about helping students to do their best and I love the feeling when that potential is recognised.

My Strengths as Tutor 💪

I am strong in being able to understand complex problems and explain them in simple ways. I can see multiple methods to solve problems and help students find the way that works best for them. I am patient and understanding of what the student is going through. I have a particular strength in tutoring IB Mathematics having gained a 7 in HL AA maths. I also gained a Scholarship Calculus in NZ and an H1 in University Calculus 2.

Most important things I can do for a student 🏅

The most important thing is for a tutor to be patient and approachable so students feel comfortable around them. If students are comfortable they will ask questions and improve faster. Being open and empathetic creates a much better relationship and experience for both the student and tutor. Note: I am currently living in New Zealand and will be moving to Melbourne next year.
