What do I enjoy most about tutoring? 😁

The most enjoyable aspect of tutoring is watching the long term progress of individuals. Parents/students often approach tutors when they are encountering a particular challenge on their academic journey. To equip the student with the right tools, which allow them to pick themselves up and overcome the obstacle is what I enjoy most about tutoring.

My Strengths as Tutor 💪

-I am adaptable, I can change teaching styles based on what a student needs/learns best by. -I am a very proficient communicator, worked and volunteered in healthcare for 3 years+. (Pharmacy Assistant/GP After hours clinic) -Due to my wealth of experience (Biomedical Science Degree (85WAM/6.88GPA), I can mentor students through the ways I succeeded in higher education as well as guide them through the specific pathways they should take in order to reach their goals. -I am very patient, being a student in higher education, I understand that it takes time to nail a concept. I make sure to make the student know that they work at their own pace

Most important things I can do for a student 🏅

Personally, the most important thing a tutor can do for a student is not only teach them a certain concept but rather equip them with the tools to be able to learn the concept and future concepts themselves. Whether that may be going through study strategies or instilling motivation, the main crux of the job should be so that the student can succeed by themselves.
