What do I enjoy most about tutoring? 😁

I love how rewarding tutoring can be. Not only can you help a student excel and understand concepts much further it solidifies your own learning and confidence with the subjects. It brings a smile to my face when students share their success stories and their excellent grades!

My Strengths as Tutor 💪

I believe my organisational skills and reliability are key assets to this role, I have tutored for a number of years in the past and always keep detailed files and records to keep up to date and prepare relevant lessons. I also believe being a great listener and being extremely patient are assets for me as a tutor in understanding students worries and gradually building their confidence with the material.

Most important things I can do for a student 🏅

I believe the most important thing a tutor needs is compassion and patience. Students may have varying levels of grasp with the work they have been set and being able to guide them from whatever point they are at and clearly and kindly explain and teach concepts to them is super important. I also feel that this supports a nurturing and fulfilling session where both parties are able to feel better about the content and the lesson afterwards.
