I enjoy watching students finally understand a concept and find the confidence to answer questions with ease. The satisfaction of the student becomes the satisfaction of the tutor and I believe seeing a student's growth is the most rewarding thing about tutoring.My Strengths as Tutor πͺ
As a tutor, I value being understanding and patient with a student. I think my strength lies in my patience and willingness to explain concepts multiple times. All students have different ways of visualising and understanding concepts so I think my willingness to try new methods of explaining a question is also a strength.Most important things I can do for a student π
I think the most important thing for a tutor is being supportive and patient, on top of being flexible to meet the needs of the students. Tutors should encourage students to keep attempting a question and not be afraid of failure.
