What do I enjoy most about tutoring? 😁

Tutoring is all about helping learners to develop. Being a witness of progress is what I enjoy most about it. Performance in school often comes with feelings of pressure or issues with self confidence. A tutor has the chance to encourage learners, to ease the pressure and to boost self confidence. That's another thing I enjoy about tutoring.

My Strengths as Tutor 💪

I am positive-minded and possess strong social and communicative skills, both with children and parents. In Switzerland teachers get trained in differentiating subject matters for different performance levels. This is another strength of mine: I can adapt to different learners by adapting the matter to their level and needs.

Most important things I can do for a student 🏅

- Showing patience and being able to listen to them, in order to understand their thought processes - Emphasise their strengths while also showing them how to improve - Encourage them that they are capable of achieving their goals and then supporting them in doing so
