Allowing myself to pass on my knowledge to someone that is currently struggling to understand the topic and helping them succeed.

Friendly, approachable, knowledgeable, casual person that is not too professional to intimidate someone when conversing.

Most important things I can do for a student 🏅

Listen to their point of view initially to understand their grasp on the information. Talk through the process of questions in a manner that is suitable to the students learning techniques. Solidify a good connection with the student to allow them to enjoy the experience and have a higher chance of remembering the information. And never be harsh if someone is struggling to understand, just talk it through and never give up.
