I personally find tutoring very rewarding as I am able to see and be involved in the progress students make in their studies. As a tutor, I find that I am able to create a fun personalised learning experience for my students, playing to their strengths and weaknesses in the way they learn best, since every student is unique. Every student will struggle at school and having the extra support at home can make a really big difference in how they view their learning. I believe it is very important for a tutor to be enthusiastic and maintain engagement with the student throughout all their lessons whilst creating a fun and productive environment for them.
