What do I enjoy most about tutoring? π
I guess sharing knowledge with young minds in a way makes me feel more confident about myself. It is said that a teacher is the building stone in a child's life that can motivate him/her. Hence I feel proud and confident when I tutor young blood and it makes me feel proud. It also makes me think in a different direction as children have a very creative mind and it gives my brain a little push or a fresh new idea. I guess this is one of the reasons why I love spending time with kids, teaching them (sometimes not just academic).My Strengths as Tutor πͺ
I think my main strength is the way I connect with students. Most students in their feedback wrote that they bonded well hence it was easy for them to understand and communicate with me, which I believe is essential as a tutor. I am very sincere as a student and I make sure all my students start being sincere with the work they do (if they are not already). I think planning in advance always helps and I like to teach this to my students as it helps me a lot in my studies as well.Most important things I can do for a student π
I believe the most important thing a tutor can do for a student is to motivate him/her. Students look at tutors or mentors as their future or they get inspired by them very easily. Hence being that influential person is what I aim to do as a tutor. As a child, I admired my teachers and I got inspiration from them to do something which made me work hard on my homework and studies.
