It's amazing how I can learn more about a topic when asked a question! By tutoring I can not only help my students' doubts and queries, but also at the same learn so much more about my subjects through the interesting questions young minds have. Through my experience in this field, one thing I truly appreciate about my tutoring is that, most of the times I was able to quickly understand the doubt asked by my student and be able to relate to the problem easily. This helped me to effectively explain the concept needed in the problem and help the student think for themselves the approach to solve it. I also have the ability to motivate and encourage them to focus on the learning outcomes of a given topic by giving them simple and easy-to-understand daily life analogies which they can relate to and visualise the world they live in.Most important things I can do for a student 🏅
Essentially, a tutor should be able to mould the learning methods based on the student's interests to make it a personalised learning experience for them. Also, a tutor should make the student realise his/her strengths and improve them while working on minimising their weaknesses.
