Our tutoring team is the best in the business. Each instructor is carefully selected - fewer than one in ten are good enough to join our dedicated team.   

Recruitment 

We receive over 100 applications for employment every month which allows for very strict recruitment practices. Our recruitment process includes: 

• Resume screening  
• Skill and Commitment profiling  
• A face to face interview  
• A tutorial simulation  
• A tutor test  
• A Working With Children Check  

This long and thorough process ensures that only the most capable and committed tutors are accepted into our company.  

After Recruitment 

Once accepted into our team, tutors are fully trained to the rigorous standards of our training program. This includes a Continuing Education Program which lasts for the duration of a tutor’s employment. The CEP has two elements and a twofold purpose:

1. Innovative and practical training modules to ensure that teaching skills and philosophies are continually being improved.  
2. Fortnightly feedback from tutors to request support if necessary and ensure progress is being made with your child.  

In General 

Our tutors are carefully picked from hundreds of applicants. They all share a passion and dedication for teaching and helping students to get ahead. Our instructors are all university educated, some with Masters or PhD degrees, and have proven expertise in mathematics. Many speak two or more languages, and all have a love of tutoring and a respect for your child's unique learning needs.
