About Ezy Math Tutoring

How it Started  
Unlike most tutoring companies, Ezy Math Tutoring was founded by an actual mathematics tutor. After years of freelancing as a private tutor it became evident that there is a universal challenge in studying maths, faced by all students. We now call this The Universal Maths Experience: 

With a tactful tutor or teacher, students generally understand most of the maths content. However, when they try it on their own they get stuck. This universal “getting stuck” experience makes improvement very challenging. It diminishes: 

• Learning momentum  
• Confidence  
• Motivation and interest   

Maths students need a smoother learning experience which allows them to succeed on their own. This is best achieved by helping students learn not only maths content but also the right study habits and learning skills required to succeed in this elusive subject. 

Once it was realized that there are no Australian companies approaching maths tutoring from this perspective, Ezy Math Tutoring was established - 2006. You can read more about our philosophy here. 

Starting from a handful of personal clients Ezy Math Tutoring has now grown to working with hundreds of tutors in New South Wales and Victoria. 

Our Service 

Ezy Math Tutoring provides one-on-one tutoring in the convenience of your home. Tutoring is done where you want, when you want and is charged at an hourly rate. 

We understand the needs of students and parents. Most importantly, we understand what it takes to succeed in math and are a maths specialist tutoring company. The strategies-based learning system that we utilize has been developed and tested for over thirty years and really works!
